Frankie really set us up for success and showed us what we needed to do in order to make our daily routines with our son as efficient as possible. As first time parents we both had no clue what we were doing and naturally we were terrified of doing something wrong. Frankie took us through every aspect of of our sons care and showed us how to do it like her. From caring for a baby’s umbilical cord to dealing with healing and proper diapering after a circumcision she showed us everything. I was particularly nervous about breastfeeding and my milk production, Frankie made me oatmeal, mothers milk tea, and hardboiled eggs every morning for breakfast to help increase my milk supply. By the end of her 2 weeks with our family I had extra milk already stored and frozen. Using Frankies tips and tricks I feel confident I’ll be able to keep up with solely feeding with breastmilk. Having Frankie around allowed us time to rest and gave me time to heal and regain my strength. We were all sad when our time with Frankie was over but especially our son, those two became best friends. I think he’s going to miss Frankie’s fabulous baby massages most of all! She really is a baby whisperer.

We are so incredibly lucky that we had Frankie in our lives to guide, teach, and comfort us during our first month with our baby girl. As first time parents who brought our daughter home from the hospital the day of a blackout, we were off to a rocky start. Frankie immediately swooped in to save the day on her first night with us. We are so grateful we found Frankie to help our family! We were first-time parents, and our son was born early and spent 2 weeks in the hospital so we were already stressed about making sure he got the right care. As we prepared ourselves to be first time parents, we thought we would have to struggle through many sleepless nights and hazy days. But that never happened for us, all thanks to Frankie helping take care of our baby for the first two months. From the day we brought our 4 pound 10 ounce daughter (born nearly a month early) home from the hospital, Frankie was by our side to guide us every step of the way. As many first time mothers often find that lactation and breast feeding to be challenging, I too had initially felt very overwhelmed. Frankie came to the rescue with diet tips and a sleep schedule to help boost milk supply, and I began freezing surplus milk within a few days. Additionally, Frankie devised a very workable nursing/bottle feeding plan to adapt to our baby’s latching ability, and that alleviated a lot of the initial frustrations I had felt about breast feeding. Under her attentive watch and care, our teeny little girl had grown to over 8 lbs in just a span of five weeks! And by the end of the sixth week, our daughter was starting to sleep 6-8 hours through the nights. Frankie instills a loving calmness and patience in the way she cares for our baby, and our daughter, in turn, looks forward to her daily Frankie time. We could not think of a more trustworthy nurse to help care for our little bundle of joy, and we are eternally grateful for the sanity she has brought to the newborn care process for us!

When we brought our twins home from the hospital we were clueless and terrified. Then Frankie swooped in and helped us find our footing. She is an expert in newborn care and a wonderful teacher. She cares for the babies, she helps you get much needed rest and she arms you with skills and knowledge to take over when she leaves. Having a baby is the most incredible and magical event. When Liya arrived, we were the happiest of people, but also the most clueless! Aside from parental love, there’s so much work that goes into caring for a newborn, and Google won’t provide you with the knowledge and expertise that Frankie will. We enlisted Frankie thinking that she’d be able to provide peace of mind, but her role goes above and beyond that. She’s truly the gold standard for infant care, and every single thing we now know about babies comes from her (again, avoid Google!). We don't know how we would have survived our first two months without Frankie. After having a c-section, Frankie provided us relief and sincere love and care to our baby girl while I was recovering. She taught us everything we know about caring for our baby, from how she prefers to be swaddled to identifying each cry. We were nervous about having someone we don't know come into our home and care for our most precious and brand new possession - we quickly learned that Frankie is extremely trustworthy, genuinely caring, very knowledgable and will treat your child as her own. She takes her work very seriously with the baby's needs always coming first. We are so thankful to have had her as our first daughter's baby nurse and highly recommend her to anyone currently looking!

Frankie worked with our family for three months, far longer than most baby nurses, and I recommend her most highly. Not only does Frankie allow you to sleep more (what a precious thing!), she also provides an overall sense of comfort and safety. Because we knew Frankie was coming within days of us bringing our son home from the hospital, we never had that feeling that we did not know what we were doing, or that we would be exhausted forever.
Frankie genuinely cares about each baby she cares for. You can tell by the way she talks to her babies non-stop and continuously sooths and wonders at a baby. Above all, I can say that our baby was always 100% safe with Frankie.

Frankie is an amazing baby nurse and has taught me everything I know about babies, in general, and my daughter, in particular. The first time Frankie swaddled her, Frankie left one of her arms out of the swaddle, saying that my daughter preferred sleeping that way. Left to my own devices, I’m sure I would have been wrestling with my daughter for weeks to get both arms in the swaddle! Clearly my daughter had a preference, and Frankie knew it immediately. Frankie has taught me how to care for all of my daughter's basic needs, from burping and changing to soothing and dealing with gassiness. Without Frankie, I probably would be calling the pediatrician five times a day to ask if what my daughter did was normal — Frankie knows so much about babies and has explained to me the “why’s” behind each new thing I’ve noticed about my daughter. While I know that I’ll need to be independent at some point, I am so sad to see Frankie go on to another family. The care she has provided my daughter and the education she has provided me have been invaluable. Any family will be lucky to have her!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Frankie was as our night nurse. I'm a first time mom and when I got home from the hospital, I literally knew nothing about newborn care. Frankie started with us when our baby girl was just 5 days old and taught me everything from how to feed her, how to dress her, how to bathe her, how to read her cries, and most importantly allowed me to get some rest at night so I could recover from labor. I cannot recommend her enough. She's organized, thorough, shows so much love for my daughter, is extremely hard working, and is easy to talk to. Let me first express my gratitude to Frankie for all she has done for our twins Grace and Gabriel during the month she worked for us. She was a God-sent! My husband and I are first time parents of twins in our early 40s and our babies were born small for gestational age. I had a difficult delivery with an emergency C-section after developing pre-eclampsia and caught the flu right after being dismissed from the hospital. Frankie was at our home from the first minute we walked in with our babies. I was immediately impressed by how she took care of the children, such that I immediately felt at ease and I was able to recuperate from the surgery and the illness. She also taught me different breastfeeding "techniques" and often made sure I pumped to make sure I had as much breast milk as possible for the twins. Frankie would also come with us to the pediatricians appointments to make sure she could heed to doctors orders. During the checkups the children showed a steady and strong growth rate. There are not enough words to describe what a wonderful baby nurse Fankie Pacheco is. Frankie came into our lives for the first time when my twins were just newborns. I personally was a new mom and blessed with a beautiful son and daughter after many years of fertility treatments. I remember how excited and energetic Frankie was the minute she walked through our front door and well that love and enthusiasm never went away, whether it was 4pm or 4am. Frankie instantly became part of our family and although she was with us only a short time, we stayed very closely in touch. When my twins were about 2 months old, my daughter developed colic and my son had some feeding issues. My husband and I were at our wits end between running to doctors and being extremely sleep deprived. During this time, my husband came down with the flu and my own mother was in the hospital. I was very overwhelmed and of course almost as if she knew, Frankie contacted me just to see how we were doing. And just like that, Frankie was back in our lives again, though this time around, we were smarter and didnt let her go so fast. Frankie took excellent care of my children and as new parents both my husband and I learned so much from her. Even something as silly as learning how to burp my son who had some feeding issues or soothe my very colicky daughter was something so natural for Frankie. She loved my children as if they were her own and anyone who is lucky enough to have Frankie as their baby nurse will not be disappointed. My husband and I happen to be orthodox jews and Frankie was very comfortable and familiar with being in a kosher and shomer Shabbos home, as well as experience with a bris/ circumcision of a baby boy. We love Frankie and anyone lucky enough to have her as their baby nurse wont be disappointed!

Seeking the help of a baby nurse with tremendous experience, especially past work experience with twins, can be a daunting task. Franca came to us through the recommendation of a friend and we truly feel we lucked-out. At the first phone interview, we knew immediately she was going to be the one. I'm a mother of 4 young kids and my last 2 are twins. Out dear Frankie came to me as a replacing nurse and I can tell you she was the most called baby nurse. I did interview and hired more than 12 nurses and most of them didn't even know how to take care of a baby. My experience with nurses was not very easy and I can thank Frank because made me realize a lot of things. To start with, Frankie has a very happy personality, always smiling and interacting, she knows her job so well and only a mother of 4 can tell that from Day 1. She is sweet, caring, loving with my special babies. Always sanitizing her hands. We didn't need to worry when we went out because they were in good hands. She also interacts with the other kids on her free time. She is not complicated as far as food. I did recommend her to many of my friends and she did work for them and they thanked me so much. Frankie is absolutely amazing. We are first time parents with limited experience, and Frankie teaches us her baby-whisperer ways, as she takes care of our baby girl. The first week, Frankie noticed that our baby was having a reflux issue, helping us to bring it up to our pediatrician earlier than we would have on our own. We had Frankie in our home during Covid, she took great measures to be healthy and stay healthy during these trying times. Frankie is an exceptional baby nurse - she remains calm and levelheaded at all times - encouraging us to do the same. We cannot recommend Frankie enough - she is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and always acts with the baby’s best interest in mind.
